as executive chef, working director and owner of the food business, john’s cv boasts more than 25 years industry experience working at a string of south australia’s finest restaurants including rigoni’s, grange jetty kiosk, henley on sea, maggie beer’s charlick’s feedstore and pheasant farm, and his own highly successful eatery, juniper.
